Dimensions and weight of the package
The weight of the package varies with different types of the pressed material and the way in which the material is inserted into the machine. The weight of the package can reach 350kg while pressing the paper wastes and 200kg while pressing the wastes from PET wrappings. The dimensions of the package are 1200mm(length) x 800mm(width) x 1000mm(height).
This represents 90% reduction in volume of the paper or 85% in volume of PET wrappings. This way the warehousing and waste disposal costs are greatly reduced.
Filling and operating the press

The press is filled with separated wastes that are manually inserted through the filling opening in the main door. After setting the function of pressing on the control panel, the compacting cycle will start. This operation is repeated until the signalization doesn’t notify that the press is full. The compressive plate stays in the lower position securing the package. The operator opens the big door, and by means of the baling machine he fastens the package at four points and then cuts the tape.
The package is pushed out by the unloading machine and then taken away by the handling device to the store.
